Breaking Ground at 2715 Pennsylvania Avenue
Luxury seven-unit EastBanc project in Georgetown.

EastBanc has officially begun construction on its highly-anticipated luxury residential project at the gateway to Georgetown at 2715 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.
The 26,000-square-foot development will feature seven units, including one 3,600-square-foot penthouse. Portuguese Pritzker Prize-winning firm Souto Moura Arquitectos designed the project – the firm’s first project in the U.S. – aided by Shinberg/Levinas Architects and CORE architecture + design. Donohoe Construction is the project’s general contractor.

Situated directly across from the Four Seasons Hotel, the development features distinctive architectural elements, including expansive terraces integrated throughout the building, offering residents spacious units with unobstructed views of M Street and Rock Creek Park. Floor plans range from 2,200 to a 3,600-square-foot penthouse with European-inspired interiors and refined, luxury finishes.
"2715 Pennsylvania Avenue NW is the second project EastBanc and Willco will deliver together, with a limited number of units available at this unparalleled gateway location. The brilliance of the architecture provides complete privacy while still offering extensive natural light and unparalleled views; it will be a marvel upon completion," said Philippe Lanier, Principal of EastBanc. "Our partnership has created something that feels both timeless and modern, offering a level of design and craftsmanship that will surely stand out in the Georgetown market."
