Capital Fringe Festival Comes to Georgetown
Annual celebration of theatre and freedom of artistic expression.
With the support of the Georgetown BID, Capital Fringe Festival is exploring this year’s theme of happiness with a special pop-up event in Georgetown.
On Wednesday, July 17, images capturing scenes of happiness in DC will be projected onto the facade of the former Georgetown Theatre at 1351 Wisconsin Ave NW (now Compass Coffee).
The pictures were chosen through an open call in May, with BellVisuals producing the projection. Stop by starting at 6:00 pm for happy music with DJ Blasian, followed by the projection display from 8:45 pm to 10:30 pm.
