His extensive travels to far-reaching corners of the world have shaped his art, drawing from diverse cultures, customs, and people.

Jones transforms these rich experiences into vibrant and dynamic abstract compositions, painting with layers of vivid color combinations, energetic textures, and compositions rich with bold and subtle transitions. Through his “journey in the abstract,” he explores the intersection of color, texture, and form, blending various techniques and materials to create works that evoke emotion and reflection. His paintings celebrate human diversity, cultural richness, and the shared threads of experience that connect us all, bridging the gap between the seen and the felt.

Since 2001, Jones’s work has been exhibited in numerous shows and galleries in DC and Rehoboth Beach, DE, where he currently lives. His art attracts collectors in the US and abroad who resonate with the global narrative woven into his pieces. Jones is thrilled to be exhibiting again in DC on 14th Street, a street he called home for 15 years.
