Pizzeria Paradiso Celebrates National Read a Book Day
Honoring Dr. Seuss with Green Eggs and Ham Pizza
Celebrate National Read a Book Day on September 6th with a month of eating, drinking and reading at Pizzeria Paradiso at 3282 M Street in Georgetown.
The restaurant is paying homage to Dr. Seuss with the Read a Book Green Eggs and Ham Pizza featuring a bed of green basil pesto and spinach topped with mozzarella, oven baked eggs, parsley, and thinly sliced prosciutto.
In the spirit of reading, the Pizzeria Paradiso “library” will also be open; donate a book to get one free beer, and pick a book from the Paradiso shelves.
If you need a pep in your Monday step, beginning September 9 you can buy one large pizza and get a second for the price of a small.
