Join teaching artist Cheryl Edwards for a plein air art workshop in the Kreeger Sculpture Garden on Saturday, August 10th from 11:00am -12:30pm. Register here.
Plein Air painting is the act of painting outside, or the practice of painting landscape pictures out-of-doors; more loosely, the achievement of an intense impression of the open air.
Join a workshop using drawing and watercolor to experiment with this technique in the beautiful Kreeger Sculpture Garden.
Each person will be encouraged to explore their artistic possibilities. All skill levels are welcome. This workshop is designed to meet the needs of adult artists ages 16 and up.
Please note, in the case of inclement weather the workshop will be moved indoors.
Parking onsite is limited. Please plan accordingly. Please email education@kreegermuseum.org as soon as possible if you plan to cancel. No refunds will be issued within the 24 hours before the program.
